Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Starloader ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Starloader provides content hosting, delivery and analytics. Features and limits depend on the plan you choose and are described on our pricing page.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to host, distribute or link to content that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• contains malware or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems;
• constitutes spam, phishing or deceptive practices;
• is unlawful, harmful or abusive in any jurisdiction we operate in.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Starloader the limited technical license needed to host and deliver that content. We claim no ownership over your material.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

7. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss or indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starloader's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violation of these terms or non-payment.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
